Terms of Use for Delivery
UK Mainland - DELIVERY INFORMATION & COSTS
All deliveries over £55 are free of charge for UK Mainland deliveries. For other UK zones, we try and keep postage the same (foc) whenever possible. However, for large and/or very fragile items for Scottish Highland and Islands, Northern Ireland etc, please choose the appropriate postage option at the point of checkout. Please see 'Standard UK Delivery' below for delivery times.
Standard UK delivery is £4.96 per order ( for UK Mainland Deliveries). Please allow 4-10 working days for standard UK delivery, although we aim for delivery within 4 working days. For Artwork please allow 7 - 21 working days, although we aim for 7 - 10 working days. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. (These estimates may be extended around busy times such as Christmas)
Express delivery is £9.96 per order (for UK Mainland Deliveries). Please order by 9.30 am for next working day delivery. Orders placed on Friday by 9.30 am will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be collected on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Our couriers do not collect or deliver on bank holidays. If your parcel is urgent and you have missed the 9.30 am cut off deadline, please give us a ring as we may still be able to offer the next day service depending on the couriers collection time.
Collection from Hoar Cross is Free (by appointment) so if you are local and would like to collect your order, please checkout in the usual way online using the 'collect from offices' option in the checkout and then email us (or use our contact us page) to organise a time slot so that we can ensure your items are ready for you.
Saturday Delivery is £19.95, this service is for UK Mainland Deliveries only. Please order before 9 am on Friday to be sure this service is available.
Sunday Delivery is also availabe for the same cost as the Saturday delivery, however this does not currently show on the website, therefore please contact us for this option to be made available to you.
Delivery to non UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Northern Ireland - We can usually retain our Free Mainland UK prices for textiles and smaller items and send via Royal Mail. For larger fragile/heavier items you will see options that appear automatically on the website checkout page for these destinations which we can fulfill if all items fit in one large box. For very large or multiple orders please contact us via email and we will promptly give you our keenest quote for delivery, we try to keep prices the same whenever possible. If you are unsure you can still place your order with Free Delivery and we will contact you if necessary to discuss options.
Notifications - You will receive an email from us confirming your order (please check your spam file if it does not come through). We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible and we will send an email notification once your item has been dispatched. Our couriers should then be in touch with tracking information but please email us if you do not receive this. We use standard postal services/couriers such as DPD, DHL or Royal Mail. A signature is required for certain items.
If you have not received your item within 10 days of order it is important that you contact us so that we can investigate this with the courier. We will not be able to process any claims of non-receipt of deliveries after 14 days after the original shipping date, as we lose the right to claim against the loss with most couriers.
We update our stock levels continually. In the unlikely event a product is out of stock or will be delivered later than expected, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible.
CUSTOMER DELIVERY REQUESTS
If you would like your items delivered to a different address (such as your work address or a friend's address if your item is a gift), please fill in the delivery address option which comes first during checkout and then uncheck the box for 'Use my billing address for my delivery address' and enter your billing address details there. For certain items a signature will be needed on delivery.
If you would like our courier to leave your parcel in a 'safe place' (such as with the neighbour/in the porch etc') then please add this information in the 'Special Instructions' section during checkout. We are happy to pass these notes on to the courier but in these circumstances 'Interior Gifts' cannot be held responsible for the safety of these items once the courier has left.
ATTEMPTED DELIVERY
Please ensure that the delivery details given at the point of order are correct as, although we do our best to check, we cannot be responsible if goods are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. Our couriers will make a minimum of two attempts at delivery and leave a card to give details of this, after which time if no contact is made within 3 days of the second delivery attempt, the parcel is likely to be returned to us, which may result in further re-delivery costs, please see our 'terms of use' page for further details should this occur.

NON-DELIVERED ITEMS
Very occasionally the couriers can experience a problem that causes delays, therefore if the anticipated delivery time has elapsed since your order, please contact us, it is important that you let us know within 14 days of order so that we can notifiy the courier. We use the accepted industry standard time of a further 14 days to allow the courier to carry out an investigation as to what has happened to the parcel before we can intervene.
